In accordance with F.S. 189.069(2)(a)
1. Full Legal Name: Kingman Gate Community Development District
2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure
3. Fiscal year: October 1 through September 30

The full text of the special district’s charter, the date of establishment, the establishing entity, and the statute or statutes under which the special district operates, if different from the statute or statutes under which the special district was established. Community development districts may reference Chapter 190 as the uniform charter but must include information relating to any grant of special powers.

Established November 8, 2019, by Ordinance No. 19-100 granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and Sections 190.012(2)(a)(d) and (f) F.S. and Section 190.012(3) and Resolution No. 2022-01 expanding the District's boundary by 10+ acres adopted on November 19, 2021.

The District is located in Miami-Dade County, Florida and is bounded by SW 152nd Avenue on the east, SW 340th Street on the south, SW 109th Avenue on the west, and SW 152nd Court on the west, and South Canal Drive on the north.
Stormwater management facilities, roadway improvements, open space and right of way improvements.
